javascript調用window.open打開網站的時候，IE浏覽器下報錯：已經計劃系統關機，提示如圖：

You say that you can't see updates in Add/Remove programs - have you checked the "Show updates" option is checked?

主要說的是系統更新或者安裝過相關的軟件或者補丁，需要重啟動後才能生效。所以上面那篇csdn的這個錯誤也是解決得莫名其妙了，應該是重啟過電腦。
